Version mkgmap-r3628 was committed by gerd on Sun, 16 Aug 2015 work-around to correct handling of maxspeed=* We have to make sure that mkgmap:road-speed is also set when mkgmap:road-speed-max (or -min) is set, else the min/max values are ignored.
