[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r781: Prepare for OSM routing conversion by allowing road_class

Version 781 was commited by steve on 2008-12-07 17:33:56 +0000 (Sun, 07 Dec 2008) Prepare for OSM routing conversion by allowing road_class and road_speed to be specified in the gtype declaration. Also reserve the work 'copy' which might be used to implement Felix's idea of increasing possible road types by overlaying copies of the road with different styles.
