I don't understand for whom this option is usable. If I use a
"relations" file, then I assume I may not use this option (else
relations won't be processed). And also one will be missing stuff
like boundaries and maybe some forests when using this option,
correct?
So it's a quick and dirty hack to speedup mapprocessing.
