Summary of the changes: Features - The code-page and sort-order are taken from the input files when creating an index. Also warn if they are not all the same. - Working gmapsupp index when there are more than one family in the gmapsupp. Bugs - Prevent the exception thrown when there are no countries in any of the input files. - Fix the sorting of the entries in MDR19 - Correct calculation of gmapsupp size to allow for the SRT file(s). Small changes - The --latin1 option is now exactly the same as --code-page=1252 instead of being *almost* exactly the same ;) - Repeat flag in mdr10 set differently
