I don't see anything wrong in the splitter log, I guess you are talking about mkgmap again?

You changed the max-nodes from 80000 to 600000. If you did not change your style
files heavily this will not work.
As the new message in splitter says: "Consider to use a higher resolution".

So, maybe try "--resolution=14 --max-nodes=200000" for splitter if you want to stick
to your style.
