Hi. I tend to agree with Michel. I can only look to Sweden and Poland where small locations have a name of the place (addr:place), no streets/roads names but all houses on all those streets have different numbers related to that place, rather than the normal relation to a street/road. I thought the process was not that easy. Changing the logic could solve the problem. But maybe it has other side effects and so we should try it. Have you perhaps already compiled the change?
