That map doesn't contain any labels that look like the RNP labels.
Also, it doesn't appear to contain any points with type 0x2900 or even type 0x640a (the default type for RNP).
No it doesn't, I'm not rendering it with --road-name-pois anymore since I couldn't get it to work. It's made with "--mapname=$mapname --description="$description" --latin1 --tdbfile --country-name=$name --country-abbr=$abbr --gmapsupp --route --net" options at the moment.
