All POIs are not connected to the road. I'm guessing it is because some POIs are too far from the road, but from the image you can see that one POI is routed properly even if it is farther from the road relative to jollibee and bookstore.
Your POIs and roads are fine. It's the dashed line interfering with route calculation. Remove it and see what happen.
