FIDs 1331, 2512 and 2513 (OSM layer + 2 SRTM layers) work fine in my topo map.
For what it's worth, there's a fairly long list of known Family IDs here: http://www.leoidea.com/2007/12/some-maps-id-here/#more-352 They range from 2 to 1104, but I use FIDs in the range 1400-1500 and they work fine.
