Hi Ticker, both MapSource and Basecamp allow to install a map on the device or on a USB stick that has a Garmin directory. You select one or more tiles and the programs write a gmapsupp.img with an index for those tiles. just learned (again) that MapInstall fills Mdr25 when it writes a gmapsupp. That should help.
