No objections to that as an incremental improvement, but I am tempted to say that building=yes without name= should not show up. In Mass we have MassGIS building footprint ways for every house, and it's basically clutter on the garmin display and seems to slow down map rendering. It's very cool this data is in OSM, but I don't find it helpful when navigating.
i find building REALLY usefull when navigation. When you are not in car, but going by foot it's really usefull information. Or perhaps unnamed buildings should be shown only when POIs are shown.
A random building outline seems far less important than a restaurant POI.
