[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH v4] - Sub-optimal fix to limit excessive inter-node arc length

Hi, As the option probably isn't needed I have gone back to the previous code so it is enabled all the time. Now prints the OSM id when reporting ways that have been split. Cheers, Mark
