Yes get rid of it, thanks. If we ever wanted to do somthing like this (and I do not) then it should be implemented as a style rule, something like this: tag_containing_type != * [ make_type $tag_containing_type ] eg.: mkgmap:gtype!=* [ make_type mkgmap:gtype ] ..Steve
