[mkgmap-dev] Commit r4921: fix split() so that there are no gaps between the 4 children

Version mkgmap-r4921 was committed by gerd on Mon, 10 Jun 2024 fix split() so that there are no gaps between the 4 children With high precision coordinates, some points were not added to the tree because they were within this gap.
