Thanks Gerd and Andrzej for your responses. But after doing several tests I still can't get mkgmap:country=NLD working in my lines file. I've attached both my lines file and my address file. I use inc/address is in the finalize section. The boundaries are correct (in fact, these are actually the same as I've been using the past two years), since I can select addresses in my Garmin. now includes are moved to finalize section at the end of the file. To search for country code you have to include "address" file before your search.
