Hi Henning,

I think you should remove or comment them.
They were ignored in older versions of mkgmap, and they are obsolete in
the current version, as mkgmap evaluates the tags itself.

I am still working on a bigger patch to fix some other issues regarding restriction relations,
maybe I'll post a first version today.
