attached patch corrects the known problems, it removes some debug or dead code and starts to complete javadoc.

I did not yet fully understand the concept of the FutureTask, so I didn't dare to change BoundaryPreparer. I got the impression that this will require a lot more code in main, because we have to finish all preparer threads first.
I can have a look on it. It should not be a big deal but we can also change that at a later step. WanMil
