Version 798 was commited by robert on 2008-12-10 12:35:33 +0000 (Wed, 10 Dec 2008) Fix bug in postwriting NET offsets. The net and extrabit flags were being stored as the high bits of the 24 bit RGN offsets, causing weird errors with RGN reaching 4MB.
