[mkgmap-dev] Commit r3673: fix small issues with --process-destination option

Version mkgmap-r3673 was committed by gerd on Wed, 23 Mar 2016 fix small issues with --process-destination option - evaluate destination:forward or destination:backward before destionation:street when destination is not yet set - use LinkedHashMap instead of HashMap to avoid random processing order (this helps while debugging) Note that this change does not yet fix the probem that mkgmap might set the tag destination when option process_destion is used! http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/websvn/revision.php?repname=mkgmap&rev=3673
