Version 766 was commited by robert on 2008-12-04 00:37:44 +0000 (Thu, 04 Dec 2008) Write more of the *.mp-data. Oneway streets now work. DirIndicator is set, though I don't know what it does. The road class from RouteParams is set in various places, not really sure they should all get the same. (Why is it "destination" class in an arc?) Speed is written. Forbidden vehicle types are written, sorted out except for emergency and delivery which appear to function differenlty.

New styles have to be particular about how to format the name of a road and how to deal with contour lines etc.

Reproducible Problem With Generating gmapsupp.img

Hi, I have a problem generating gmapsupp.img. I can reproduce this with some simple steps. The file is generated but it doesn't work on GPS units. This happens with multiple versions of mkgap. I'm sure I am doing something wrong, but I don't know what. 1. Download and unpack the set of Computer Teddy Germany img files from: http://openstreetmap.teddynetz.de/latest/deutschland.tgz 2. Download and build latest svn HEAD of mkgmap or get latest version from: http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/snapshots/mkgmap-latest.tar.gz $ java -Xmx512M -jar ../../mkgmap/mkgmap.jar --version 735-svn Note: this is actually the latest svn HEAD version as of December 3rd - not sure the reported version number is correct. Note that this problem occurs in older versions as well (744 and 587 for example). 3. Save the attached mkgmap.opt, which lists all the Germany tiles. 4.
